Family vacation part 4 - Sunday

On Sunday we went to a local ward for Sacrament Meeting and then went back to the house to change into white shirts and blue jeans for a family picture at the beach. My father-in-law has taken up photography as a hobby and so he set up and took the pictures. I only saw a glance of some of the pictures but we are all supposed to be getting a CD with all of the pictures that he took at the reunion. So, once I get those I will post some more pictures.

Sunday was check-out day for the family. After pictures we ate lunch and then packed up all of our things. By this point the basement was really starting to smell and feel musty. We were definitely ready to leave that room.

Overall we had a lot of fun visiting with DH's family and we were so glad that everyone was able to make it. The kids LOVED playing with their cousins and for the most part they all got along really well together.

After we left the beach house, our family and DH's brother, Shane, and his family took a long drive up to the northern end of the Olympic Peninsula. My husband really wanted to see the Olympic National Park and we invited any of his family to come with us if they wanted to. We found some hotel rooms in Port Angeles, WA and spent the night there.Astoria Bridge connecting Oregon to Washington (crossing the Columbia River)

It is so funny to look at your pictures because they look like they came off of our camera!
