Confusing

Some early reader books might be easy to read, but they can also be confusing by making things too simple. Example:

"What is hot? I am hot." (page turn) "Mom is hot. Pop is hot." (page turn) "This is not! Yummy!" (picture of girl eating an ice cream cone)

When Kitty got done reading this book she asked, "This not yummy?!? Why not?"
