Air & Space Museum

Wednesday, September 27One of the highlights of our visit to the Air & Space Museum was a demonstration on the forces of flight. M&M was picked as a volunteer to help demonstrate the principle of air pressure. In the picture here she is trying to take the lid off a metal sphere that had the air removed from it.

This took place in one of the museum's new hands-on exhibits which the kids really enjoyed.
