Virginia Beach

After visiting Williamsburg, we drove down to Virginia Beach the next day. This was DH's first time visiting the Atlantic Ocean (and the kids as well). Luckily we picked the best day out of the three that we were down in Southern Virginia to visit. For the most part it was a sunny, warm day (it started getting cloudy just before we left).While I was waiting for Luke & DH to change, the girls and I just went down to the sand and took off our shoes and climbed a little sand hill that was there. Kitty just kept laughing because of the feel of the sand between her toes!The kids had a blast there!M&M & Luke had a great time playing in the water.Kitty thought that the water was okay at first until the waves kept coming closer. She got pretty good at running away from the waves when they reached her feet. Blondie didn't care much for the water at all. She much preferred just playing in the sand...
