In the state of Utah, teenagers are allowed to get their learner's permit when they turn 15 - we just had a hard time actually finding the time to take M&M in to get hers. I finally took her today after school (only about 6 months late) and she passed the written test on the first try (we know several people that have had to take it multiple times before they pass it). Now the fun begins!!
