Blondie's Baptism Day

Saturday, August 6, 2011We're so proud of Blondie that she chose to be baptized. She loves it when she is the star of the day and she loves receiving presents! Thanks to all the family that came and helped make it a special day for her! The baptism was held at the ward level and there were three kids baptized that day from our ward! It was a little crazy, but fun. (The dress that Blondie is wearing is the one that I made for M&M for her baptism. Blondie tried it on a couple of weeks before her baptism and absolutely loved it so we used it again.)It was a totally crazy hair/windy/super bright day after the baptism and these are the best pictures that we got of the family!
Blondie with her new green scriptures (which she almost didn't get because they are not making that color anymore) and a bag for her scriptures from DH's parents which she loves. Blondie also received a pretty necklace from my parents (which you can see in the pictures) and a bracelet from DH's brother and family (which you can't see in the pictures). Blondie was super excited about the jewelry because she loves jewelry and was upset that she hadn't received any for her birthday!
